Senator Davis moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in                                  
passing SENATE BILL NO. 99. Without objection, it was so ordered                                    
and the bill was before the Senate in third reading on final passage.                               
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 99 "An Act relating to                                   
the DNA identification registration system" pass the Senate?" The roll
